Cicalfate Repair cream - Avène

In wintertime is our skin especially sensitive. It gets dry, harsh, redness because of the cold and even the pimples don't take a break. I've found my personal magic cure against all of that: the "Cicalfate" cream from Avène. The repairing cream doesn't only make chapped skin soft again, it calmed also redness and helps against pimples. Put on the cream before going to bed, as you need it in the whole face or just in spots. You will see, the next day your skin looks calmed and much more even!

The only disadvantage is, that the cream makes you a little pale...but sadly we are anyway used to that in winter ;)

Im Winter ist unsere Haut speziell empfindlich. Sie ist rau, trocken, bekommt Rötungen von der Kälte und leider machen auch die Unreinheiten keine Pause. Gegen all das habe ich mein persönliches Wundermittel entdeckt: die "Cicalfate" Creme von Avène. Die reparierende Creme lässt nicht nur spröde Haut wieder sanft und glatt werden sondern beruhigt auch Rötungen und hilft sogar gegen Pickel. Die Creme einfach vor dem Zubettgehen auftragen, je nach Bedarf nur stellenweise oder im ganzen Gesicht. Ihr werdet sehen, schon am nächsten Morgen wirkt euer Hautbild beruhigt und viel ebenmässiger!

Der einzige Nachteil ist, das die Creme ein wenig bleich macht...aber an das sind wir uns im Winter ja leider sowieso gewöhnt ;)


Pendant l'hiver notre peau est particulièrement sensible. Elle est rêche, sèche, elle a des rougeurs du froid et malheureusement les boutons non plus ils ne font pas une pause. Contre tous ça moi j'ai trouvé ma solution magique: la crème "Cicalfate" de Avène. La crème réparatrice ne lisse pas seulement la peau pelée, mais elle calme aussi les rougeurs et même contre les boutons elle est bien. Mettez une couche de la crème sur le visage ou seulement sur les endroits voulu avant aller au lit. Vous allez voir que déjà le lendemain la peau paraisse beaucoup plus calme et unifié!
Le seul désavantage est, que la crème blanchit un peu…mais malheureusement on est déjà habitué à ça pendant l'hiver ;)

Es war ein wirklich schönes Shooting heute! Ich finde es super wenn das Team bereits daran gewöhnt ist zusammenzuarbeiten und alles funktioniert reibungslos und locker :)
Memo an mich: das nächste mal meine richtige Kamera benutzen, nicht mein Handy!


C'était un shooting magnifique aujourd'hui! C'est vraiment agréable quand l'équipe est déjà habitué à travailler ensemble et tous se passe bien et léger :)

How to fix mascara-marks

-We all know that: our make-up is almost finished and it needs just a bit of mascara and oops it slipped away and ruined our make-up. Of course you can take it off with a q-tip, but there will rest a hole or a mark on the eye-shadow. That doesn't have to be. There is an easy trick against it and all you need is a one-way mascara-brush or an old toothbrush. And that's how it goes:

-Wir kennen das alle: das Make-up ist praktisch schon fertig, es fehlt nur noch die Wimperntusche und schwups sind wir etwas ausgerutscht und haben unser schönes Make-up ruiniert. Mit dem Wattestäbchen kann man den Mascara-Patzer zwar wegnehmen, aber es entstehen oft unschöne Löcher oder Flecken auf dem Lidschatten. Das muss nicht sein, dagegen hilft ein Einweg-Wimpernbürstchen oder auch eine alte Zahnbürste. Einfach weiterlesen wie's funktioniert:

- If you smear your mascara let it dry first completely 

- Wenn ein Wimperntusche-Patzer passiert, den Mascarafleck zuerst vollständig trocknen lassen

- Then you take the proper mascara-brush and carefully brush the spot away

- Dann das saubere Wimpernbürstchen nehmen und den Fleck ganz vorsichtig wegbürsten

- Shazam, you don't see the mascara-spot anymore ☺

- Schon sieht man nichts mehr von dem Klecks und das Make-up bleibt fleckenfrei ☺

DIY relaxing mask - 100% anti-winter guarantee!

Wintertime is long, rough and cold. Getting up in the morning when it is still dark and coming home when it's already dark doesn't only drain us of strength but also our skin. That's why we have to treat it nicely and spoil it from time to time. For example with this wonderful DIY beauty-mask. All you need for it are three ingredients. Yogurt is as you surly know moisturizing and helps to refine your pores. Honey keeps your skin looking young and smooth. And it kills all the not-wanted bacterias. Last but not least a bit of dried lavender. It calms not only your skin but also your senses. Instead of lavender blossoms  you can also use the essential oil.

The gentle scent of the mask takes you back on a wonderfully warm summer day, so that you don't want to take it off again!

I  use only organic products, just the best for our skins :)

Die Winterzeit ist lange, rau und kalt. Morgens aufstehen wenn es noch dunkel ist und abends nach Hause kommen wenn es schon wieder dunkel ist zehrt nicht nur an unseren Nerven, sondern auch an unserer Haut. Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass wir sie gut pflegen und auch immer wieder verwöhnen. Z.B. mit dieser wunderbaren selbst gemachten Beauty-Maske. Alles was ihr dazu braucht sind drei Zutaten. Joghurt spendet wie ihr sicherlich wisst Feuchtigkeit und hilft die Poren zu verfeinern. Honig strafft das Hautbild und lässt es wieder ebenmässig und jung wirken. Zudem tötet er alle nichtgewollten Bakterien ab. Als Krönung kommt noch etwas getrockneter Lavendel dazu. Dieser wirkt nicht nur beruhigend für die Haut, sondern auch für die Sinne. Anstelle von Lavendelblüten, könnt ihr auch ätherisches Öl nehmen. 

Durch den sanften Geruch der Maske wird man zurückversetzt an einen wunderbar lauen Sommertag, sodass man sie gar nicht mehr abwaschen möchte!

Ich verwende ausschliesslich Bio-Produkte, schliesslich sollten wir unserer Haut nur das Beste geben :)

Unten habe ich noch die Dosierung und Anwendung der Maske aufgelistet. Viel Spass beim Ausprobieren und Relaxen!

C'est pour ça qu'on doit bien la soigner et la gâter de temps en temps. Par exemple avec ce masque merveilleux à faire soi-même à la maison. Vous n'avez besoin que de trois ingrédients. Le yaourt est comme vous certainement savez hydratant et aide à resserrer les pores. Miel rajeunit et unifie la peau. En plus il tue tous les bactéries qui ne sont pas voulues. Le troisième et l'ingrédient le plus important , c'est la lavande sèche. Elle ne calme pas seulement la peau, mais aussi les sens. Au lieux de prendre des fleursde lavande vous pouvez aussi prendre de l'huile essentiel.

La bonne et douce odeur vous ramènera dans une journée d'été merveilleuse et vous ne voudriez plus enlever lemasque!

Moi je prend que des produits bio, après tout seulement le mieux pour notre peau :)

Ci-dessu j'ai  marqué comment faire et utiliser le masque. Amusez-vous et relaxez-vous bien!

• 2 TBS plain yogurt
• 1 TSP of honey
• 1/2 TSP of lavender blossoms (or a few drops of lavender oil)

Mix all the ingredients together and apply it on your cleaned face and neck. You can also apply it on your bust.  Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse it with warm water. Apply moisturizer as usual.

My first shop-window poster

Hello everybody, 

I hope you've all had a good start in this new year! My first post in this year I wanna do about something that made me really happy: this shop-window. For this label I made hair & make-up and now it's on a big poster in the middle of Paris. I admit you can not see much because it's black and white, but I was very happy to see my work presented like this in public. And hey, everyone starts on a shoestring 😉

ich hoffe ihr seid alle gut ins neue Jahr gestartet! Als ersten Post in diesem Jahr möchte ich euch etwas zeigen, was mich sehr gefreut hat: dieses Schaufenster. Für dieses Label habe ich Make-up & Hair gemacht und nun hängt ein grosses Plakat davon mitten in Paris. Zugegeben, man sieht nicht sehr viel davon da es schwarz-weiss ist, aber es hat mich trotzdem happy gemacht meine Arbeit so gross ausgestellt zu sehen. Schliesslich fängt jeder mal klein an 😉

j'espère que vous avez bien commencé le nouvel an! Je fais mon premier post sur quelque chose qui m'a fait très contente: cette vitrine. C'est moi qui a fait le maquillage et les cheveux pour cette marque et maintenant c'est sur une grande affiche au milieu de Paris. D'accord, on ne voit pas beaucoup par ce que c'est noir et blanc, mais j'étais très heureuse de voir mon travail présenté comme ça en public. Et en plus, tout le monde commence petit 😉
